Please advise,
I cannot access my website after attempting to upgrade from 3.9x to 3.9x.
I am able to now access the Joomla Admin area ... the template is a Rockettheme template and I do have access to cpanel.
Both the website and the EasyBlog section of the admin area is blank.
The site is uesegep.org ... what steps can you help me with?
PLEASE ADVISE ASAP!
