Having strange problems post migration to j3.3

Hello,

I've just migrated the site with EasySocial/EasyDiscuss to Joomla 3.3 and I'm seeing a few very strange things.

1) the user manu (on the far right of the EasyDiscuss toolbar) does not appear on Chrome. It works fine on FF and IE but on Chome it will not appear. Likewise There is no dropdown for mail or notifications on Chrome but there is on IE.

All of the links on the left hand side work sine everywhere.

I've tried recompiling the CSS and several themes but this has not helped. I've also tried completely removing ES and reinstalling but this has not helped either. There must be something up with the database.

2) I've completely disabled JomSocial (in Joomla), turned off all JS integrations (in EasyDiscuss) and turned on all EasySocial integrations but when I click on a users avatar or their name ES still tries to load their JomSocial profile. Hovering over a users avatar brings up their info card but clicking seems connected to EasySocial.

Very strange...
