Groups module in horizontal mode with slider ?

Hi guys,

we was looking to add a module to show groups until members can join from home page, there is only module in vertical mode, we was wondering if it can be possible to create a new module for next versions where we can show groups in horizontal mode,why not with slider to see more groups
