Groups and tool tip error

My groups are taking a very long time to load and sometimes doesn't load at all from the side module on the groups page and the tooltip isn't loading everytime.

And i don't know if this is a joomla or stackideas problem but when I sign into my site it isn't taking tracking of when I log out so it says 27 admins on line. (Please see screenshots attached)
