Group users and notifications

Hiya guys,

Ive been using various tricks from your developer documentation along with the awesome help youve given me to display certain data about groups etc...

Now im looking for a way to tell whether a user is the group owner and or admin.


Also, can you point in the right direction to making use of the easysocial notification system? i would like to notify users of a specific event. Ive checked your documentation but the example file is a dead link.
