Group display disabled feature tab

Hello.
1) disable "Event" feature in backend.
2) navigate to group's page
Result: Group still display "Event" tab.

Expected result: Group should't display "Event" tab if feature fully turned off in backend.
The same thing for "Polls", "Audio", "Files", etc.

I know, each group has it's own settings about "Events" but it should respect backend settings first. This inside group's settings should be invisible too if SuoerUser disaled it in backend.

Also all disabled features should be removed from Grop's section: "About" > "STATISTICS".

Updated: Solution is navigate to "Applications" and disable feature inside it.
