Group Discussion display all replays in one page? Long list to scroll

Hello.
Users report that is not comfortable to view group's discussions with big list of reply in one page. Problem that new reply is at the end of list - user have to scroll down the page to view them.

There is no any settings to add pagination or "load more replays..." button?

The suggest to display 5 reply for example and "Load more reply" button like in comments for stream.
