Can you help me understand the difference between a Group Update and a Group Announcement?
It seems they both do the same thing in terms of post of the activity stream of the group and send a nice email update through to the members.
I'm trying to get things as simple and non-confusing as possible for my users, so if there's no real difference between an Update and an Announcement, then wouldn't it be a good idea to 'de-clutter' and merge them in terms of the complexity of filter options on the left side of a group page?
