Just needed to say it: your support is great, and I like that. A lot of people using joomla and components (like easysocial, easyblog, etc) are not really programmers. I am, for example, a history teacher living in Austria who has some ideas, and joomla and you allow me to make them real. For people like me the help you provide is very important.
I bought a lot of extensions and abandoned them because of lack of support.
