Hi,

I need to get quality feedback from my customers in order to manage my support team.

Discussions can be rated using a 5 star system. Great.

But is it possible to gather as much as possible this information once the ticket has been marked as resolved?
Like emailing the user and ask him to kindly provide a note. User could send his rating just by clicking in email.
