General Social Integration or JFBConnection ?

Hello, I have a question about the social media intergration setting in EasySocial. If I use JFBConnection do I still need to use the general social connection setup ? Is the social integration for for posting updates to Facebook , Twitter etc or is just setting up the easy of logging in.
