Response Time

After upgraded from 3.2.9744 to 4.0.8, there's several weired things on frontend:
1. Doesn't show new posts.
2. Show some posts as featured but actually they're not featured (now you couldn't no longer see this). Doesn't show any featured posts. Here are 2 featured posts:

Getting into this category, and you'll find it's empty. But actually I've submitted a post there:

If you search 比特币趣味接龙, you'll find it.
