Front End Profile View for Admins

Hi,

How do I get the ability for a manager or super manager to be able to view full profiles in the front end even if the privacy is set to something else? Mind you the superadmin can already see everything in the backend... and "options" can be changed to allow manager to see users in the backend as well. I am looking for this functionality in the frontend.
