Forums using EasyDiscuss?

The functionality look and feel of your "Forms" / support is something I might like to achieve including the neat support info at top right of page. ( Is that an available extension?) See image.
My main question is, do you have a package to install or would I have to hack it starting from the beginning?
Just wondered as this would be really helpful and cool. It would save time and money trying to reinvent the wheel
