Form Builder / Page Builder

I see this referenced in the features page. However, I cannot find it in the admin module. Searching through the admin documentation also came up blank. Obviously I can't access the developers docs as we are still choosing the platform for our site.

I assume EasySocial has some type of page / layout editor similar to Elgg and other SN software?
