Forgot password/username not working

Hi,

My users are unable to use the recover password/username feature.

When they try to use it, the email with instructions and code is sent to them, but, when they click the link they just get rerouted to the home page and are never able to enter the code to reset their info.

Can you please help me with this?

Also, I am a complete noob when it comes to cron jobs and really need to set one up for all of easy social emails. The last time that I tried i received many errors and it wouldnt work. If you have any freetime this week, can you help me out?
