Another bug bug with 3.9 installer:
Trying to upgrade from 3.9.14919 to 3.9.14929 and the installer hangs at 20% after extracting the patch files it gets a 'MD5 checksum for downloaded file error does not match'.
Then instead of cancelling out of the update it just keeps spinning.
