First answers first

Hi

I am very sorry but I have been searching for quite a while now but cant find where to set the option that the first answers to a questions is shown first. Right now, when I click on a question to see the answers, the latest answers comes first, but I would like to see the first question first and than go forward in chronological order. I see the tab "oldest answers", but when I click on it, nothing happes (this might be a separate problem of my browser settings, for example for some reasons I cannot allow all cookies for that website). But anyway, I would like to start the reading of the discussion with the first answer by default.
