Filter users and csv file ?

Hi,

I just discovered Easy social which has some great features. But I have a few questions about it :

1- I read in the forum that there is no possibility to filter users according to the custom fields of their profile.
Is Easy Social possible to hack to get a such system ?
Or, would the feature soon be implemented ? It's a projet I have to finish in 8 months.

2- Secondly, is there anyway to export users in a csv file (Excel) ?
