file location error due to openbase_dir

Hi Team,

I am getting this error in the EB5 administration area :

Warning: is_file(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/mydir/public_htmladministrator/templates/isis/html/com_easyblog/styles/style.css) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/mydir/public_html:/tmp:/home/mydir/public_html/tmp:/home/mydir/public_html/logs) in /home/mydir/public_html/libraries/joomla/filesystem/file.php on line 564

Please note that there is a missing "/" withint "public_htmladministrator", it should be "public_html/administrator", anyway to fix this?
