Field names in comment section not displaying correctly...

I'm building a new site in a localhost development environment. Everything going pretty well, except that something is wrong with the comment section. Either the fields are too small (vertically) or the field names are too large. Also, the text for the check boxes at the bottom isn't aligned correctly... I'm attaching a screen grab as an example. Can you tell me what's going on? I did alter a css file, but it was not an EasyBlog css file (it was a custom module for the Yootheme template) and I've disabled it anyway, so assume that has nothing to do with this issue. I'm somewhat of a novice, so your assistance will be most appreciated. I'm running the latest version of EB on the latest version of FireFox using wamp with all components up-to-date, and as I say, everything else is rendering as expected.
