feature request: dynamic tag view

Hello StackIdeas Support,

would be great, if you could add a new menu like a mix between All-Tags-View and Category-View as you can see in attached screenshot. Then you will always have your clickable tags on top and below a dynamic list of matching posts. Maybe you could even choose more than one tag and get matching results below.
