Fatal Error when going to main page of any blog entry, permanently resolved in latest update?

I upgraded to Joomla 3.2 and followed your advice to fix the 'static' error, but now there is another one, is this a similar word deletion to fix?

The page has to be refreshed to display the content correctly.
