Facebook like and subscription issue

Hi there,
First I have two attachments, one showing the facebook like button and the second showing what happens when I click the like button. Can someone tell me how to fix this issue.

Second, I was wondering if there is a way to customize the subscription pop up box and the subscription confirmation email. Also attached. I wanted to change the color theme and add our logo on it.
