I think your facebook documentation needs to be updated since the current documentation was created in 2011. I followed your instructions to the T. Created an app, input the App ID & secret Key. it now says my it nwo says my app is in developmental mode. To fix this please go to the "Status & review" Page. On that page it askign me for screen shots and description of what my app is goign to do, do I want to offer this to the general public, test user. Then it also tells me I need to go to the App details page and says this at the top in RED....
