We are still setting up multiple Facebooks where the app is being setup according to your how-to documents and we are still unable to select the right company page. Either it does not show the selection box at all or in the selection box has a limited list of options. I know that it is possible for the selection box to show all companies listed because it has before. Do you know what might be causing this?
