Facebook App creation - Do you have a generic screen cast

I am not the first with issues setting up my facebook app. I have followed your instructions and it is asking me for a screencast and description of how the app works.

But do you guys have a generic screencast and description for publish_pages , publish_actions and manage_pages we can use?
