Extra Easydiscuss Profile fields in Joomla Registration form (with Ajax Registration Extension)

I am using Ajax Register extension for registration of new member. it has following fields:

Name
Username
Email
Password
confirm Password
captcha

I have now updated easydiscuss and now the registration form shows the following extra fields from easydiscuss:

Nickname
Description
Signature
Facebook
Twitter
Linkedin
Skype
Website
Location

When I rightclick my mouse on these extra fields, it shows the following code:

How can I hide these extra fields from the Registration form?
