Events profile-pic in notifications

Try to create an event and upload profile and avatar during event creating..

then let any other participate this event

now you as event admin get notification that anybody participate but in this notification is only the standard profile image shown at the left of the text.
Here should be shown, like in all other notifications, the uploaded event profile picture

Also the names are not bold-style here..
