Event Count

A question for you at your convenience. No hurry...

Under Profile Types in Admin, I see it is possible to limit the number of events that a profile type will be allowed to create. This is a great option. But I am wondering if there is a way to reset a user's Event Count once they have reached the limit.

For example, let's say I want to limit a user to creating only 12 events per year. Then, at the end of one year, they get 12 new events they can create. I would be willing to reset the user count manually, but I don't see anywhere in the admin to reset a user's event count.

Is this possible to do without entering the database?

Thanks!
