How do I upload an audio file like mp3 or what are the allowed audio file extensions?

My profile type acl for upload audio is enabled but in the front end when creating an audio, there's no upload link or button.
Same in the story form, it only allow URL for Soundcloud and Spotify.
Update:
Nevermind, there is another setting for audio upload under Settings > Audio. Hmmm... that is confusing. Oh well!
