My uploads and fetches to/from S3 have not been working for a while. It wasn't real urgent, so just today I got to looking into it. I was in Settings --> Remote Storage and when I Save I get this error:
0 [curl] 6: Could not resolve host: bucket-name.s3.us.amazonaws.com [url]
https://bucket-name.s3.us.amazonaws.com
It is trying to resolve the host with an incorrect URL. My US Standard bucket can be reached by the following two endpoints:
https://bucket-name.s3.amazonaws.com/
https://s3.amazonaws.com/bucket-name
Note that in both correct endpoints there is no "us" in the URL.
If you need site access let me know how to get the SSH keys and passwords to you securely. The Sensible Support area no longer allows ticket creation and I would rather not attach SSH keys in a forum over http.
