Hi,
We've enabled using email as username. Our users are reporting that they're unable to login to the system. They've tried on mac using Safari & Chrome. Although as an admin we're able to log in from a Windows PC on Chrome.
Are there any specific plugins that must be enabled for this to work correctly? Authentication - Joomla and Authentication - EasySocial are enabled in backend.
