Hi there,
This is probably not your doing but there exist a issue between ES and Yootheme templates.
As you can see here : http://unicyclist.info/, some input form are not appearing correctly.
It can be corrected easily with CSS but if you ever consider making ES compatible with Yootheme template that would be great.
I could ask to do the same on their end...but their customer service are...well...not one you remember for the good reasons.
Not a urgent matter, just let me know !
