ES no registration form

Hi,

after the latest update of ES, I cannot get a registration form on my main (home) site.
Please see attached file.

Users are not able to create a new account.

Also, when using the standard Joomla log in menu, the site is not redirecting to the ES registration page. It just loads the form mentioned above (see file).

By clicking the register now button, the site is not getting redirected to the registration form. The site only refreshes.
