ES : How does the pictures work?

Hello Team

I would like that my members post their pictures on the site but I do not understand how to control it.

1. Per member : can I limit the number of the pictures that a member can display on his album?

2. For all the site : can I limit the size of the pictures that we can display on my site?

3. Can I control the number/size of the pictures in every albums and also the pictures uploaded on a Group wall?
