ES : add reasons (why) to user account deletion

Hello guys,

I neved tried to remove my account on my community () and was wondering whats the flow if some user requested to remove his account ? I know that we can have choice to disable or remove completly accounts when a request is made, but never find an area where user can say why they removed their acounts, as we see on email unsubscriptions, this helps admin to know reasons behind.
