errors reported in ES 'core' files when running php 8.0

When I turn on error reporting to Development and run the site on php 8.0, a series of errors are reported. In particular, I'm seeing a long list of related errors when I try to view a group's page. I'm seeing several being reported from files that are 'core' wihtin Easy Social. I'm attaching a file of those reported when viewing a group.

Prior to testing the site on 8.0 and then posting this ticket, I updated to the latest Easy Social version ( 4.0.12) and the site is on the latest J3 version (3.10.11).
