I am having few technical challenges with PayPal again. This time, new PayPal users follow all instruction of Credit Card option but after that moment, there is no notification or activation of plan.
After several hours (24-48hrs) of attempt, they report to us that the money has been finally deducted from their card. The same reflects on our account but plan remain unactivated.
The only corresponding evidence is this message below received as the site admin.
