Hi, guys!
I've noticed that when users have a failed login attempt on the front end, the error message displays at the top of the login panel on the dashboard (within the component), instead of in the regular error messages position in my template.
This is confusing to my users, because in many places my EasySocial content is not in the top module position on the page. So if they enter the wrong username or password, they see that the site is reloading, but they don't see any error message, and they are still not logged in. Thus, they don't realize that they had a problem with their login credentials, and instead they think the site is broken.
It would be much less confusing if the EasySocial error messages reported where all the other components do, in the standard error message position in the template, since that is where users would be seeing any other error messages on the site.
If that isn't possible, is it possible to at least change the redirect for failed logins to go to our signup page (/join-us)? In my case, re-directing to the dashboard page isn't the right place.
Thanks for your help!
Cheryl
