Error in trying to unzip wanderers template download

I downloaded the Wanderers template zip. I tried to 'unzip' it and received an error message, "Cannot complete the extraction. The compressed 'c:\path\tpl_wanderers_joomla_30.zip' is invalid.

I tested my system to make sure I could uncompress other zip files, without error.

Thoughts?
