entry page sef

Hi, I have dah a repeating problem with the entry page sef, menu item, "blog" isn't indexable, and it has no sef. I can't figure out where I need to change it either, I have joomsef installed. Are you able to take a look for me? much appreciated , And if possible let me know where it was changed so I don't need to bother you again about it? thanks heaps! karl..
