Hello,
Just want to share a small tip to encourage members add a profile photo, i replaced the defautl photo with another with "add photo" text, you can download it here.
We would like have a separate dedicated widget or module for profile's photos only which we can put on the dashboard page, it will be easy to members then to click and add new photo instead of go on the profile page and change the photo.
