I am developing a TV program review site for an LA critic.
They want to show excerpts and promos/trailers on the site.
I'm using EasyBlog for the reviews themselves and I can easily embed videos using your embed function.
However, I want to use MijoVideos as a video library as there will over time be many hundreds of clips. The standard way to embed a video from Mijovideos into an article or module is to use the code
{mijovideos id=45}
.
This code does not function inside the content of of a blog article. Is there a way to have EasyBlog to process that code rather than have the code simply appear in the text body as test.
Second question relates to permissions. Assuming for a moment that the publicist has given us specific access to, for example, a trailer that they have in their channel on youtube, which is not normally available for embedding in an independent website. Does anyone know what should be done on our site to show the embedded video locally rather than have it popup a window saying click here to view it on youtube?
Any insights would be very welcome!
Thanks,
Andrew
