Emails are not sent to recipients for replies

I have posted few questions in my site. Also some one replied to those questions. But no one is getting any emails for those replies. In the email activities page it is showing all the emails with status as unpublished. Please let me know how those emails are sent to actual recipients.

Send email when the page loads settings is turned on in Easy Discuss Notification settings
