Email title %1s pulling in HTML from JCE Editor

Here comes another JCE HTML tag issue from me!

I did ask about this in another post, and was advised that it was due to some multilingual translation issues. However, I was referring to the email titles, not the email content.

For example, I just got a notification of a new reply, and the email title is pulling in the paragraph and image HTML tags:

Nuevo comentario publicado en la discusión <p><img src="ht...

I believe this email notification title is controlled by:
COM_EASYDISCUSS_EMAIL_TITLE_NEW_COMMENT

And the text is:
Nuevo comentario publicado en la discusión %1s

I don't think there's anything wrong with the translation itself. The problem seems to be that ED is grabbing HTML tags in the %1s because I am using JCE Editor and not the BBCode.
