Email Templating Help

A little help getting the html code right would be greatly appreciated.

I have attached two images, one is "what I have", the other is "What I want. When I try to left align parts, others left align as well. Here is the code, please help me get it right. Also image is missing, thanks a bunch, you guys never let us down.
