Hi Team,
I have two questions about email notifications for EasyDiscuss.
- When I do a new posting, I do not get an email notification until I go into Settings > Email Parser > then click on “ Cron URL for your site: <link>”. Only when I click on <link> will I get the email notification, if I do not do this, I will not get a notification.
- When I do get the email notification, the timestamp is wrong (8 hrs earlier than the current time) I have tried to change my Server Time settings but the emails timestamp still show up as 8 hrs earlier. All of my other emails show up correctly so it’s not an issue with outlook (my email client).
Can you please offer some guidance and help on these issues? I have a high traffic site and it is critical I fix this, it does look professional as it is now.
