Email issue

Today we notices that old users that are NOT subscribed to our Forum got email notifications, users who used to be part of our organization years ago, some don't have anything to do with the forum but still listed in our website.

issue happened for sure with this post down below

not sure if it's only this post or there are others as well.

I end up deleting lots of emails was pending to be sent out to stop the issue
