email blogging is not working

I am attempting to get email blogging setup, but am failing and need some help. I have set up a cron job, with the help of hostgator -- see attached for actual job. Your documentation has a few different ones, so this may be the problem. The cron job does fire but does not pull in a blog. Email is getting into the account, verified. I have also tested the link setup inside the settings tab inside easy blog -- that passes .... I am including a screen shot of that setup as well. I am hoping someone can help me out on this one .... site is wisdomsgoldenrod.com. If the screen shots do not get it ... and someone wants to poke into the site, i will get you into the backend.
